  Ben Bina

  Insurance Advisor

  Ben graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. After college, he worked in sports broadcasting before beginning his career in insurance. Ben started in a captive insurance agency and soon after became an agency owner. After fifteen successful years, Ben decided to shift to independent insurance and joined the team at Eagle Point Insurance. Ben is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Life and Health Insurance. He is also a Certified Kolbe Coach. ​As an Insurance Advisor, Ben builds relationships with new and existing clients and helps guide them through the insurance process.   ​Ryan graduated from University of Wisconsin - River Falls and has worked for more than 23 years in the insurance industry. He began his career as a commercial lines underwriter before transitioning into sales. Ryan is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Life and Health Insurance.   Principal, Insurance Advisor

  Jeff graduated from St. Johns University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. After graduation, Jeff started his insurance career as a claims adjuster for a Fortune 500 insurance company. He then obtained his insurance license and has specialized in helping clients with their property & casualty needs for nearly 25 years. Jeff also holds a Life & Health Insurance license. ​As the founding Principal of Eagle Point Insurance, Jeff cultivates relationships with new and existing clients, other professionals within the community, and the companies the agency represents.   Tina Zignego

  Director, Operations

  Tina graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has experience in Occupational Health and Disability Insurance with several Fortune 500 companies and has managed employees across the nation. She continues to maintain her RN license, as well as a license in Property and Casualty Insurance. Tina's role in the agency is to manage the operations and is the 'go-to' for hiring opportunities within the agency. NPN: 16693658 ​

  Kaitlyn Usterbowski

  Insurance Assistant

  Kaitlyn graduated from the Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications. She has her license in Property and Casualty Insurance, and most recently worked as an Account Manager for a captive agency prior to relocating back home to the Twin Cities metro area. Her role in the agency is to assist the Account Managers with servicing client accounts, in addition to helping with daily operations. Being a part of an independent agency allows Kaitlyn to personally get to know her clients and find a company that suits that client's individual needs. Kaitlyn likes that she can offer a wide array of options for the client that many insurance agencies cannot offer. The day-to-day contact with clients is what Kaitlyn truly enjoys. NPN: 18246616​

  Gabrielle (Gabby) graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and has worked in both the captive and independent side of insurance. Gabby is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Life Insurance. As an Account Manager, Gabby makes sure our clients are well taken care of. She handles everything from helping someone find the most appropriate insurance policy for their needs and budget to reviewing the policy on an annual basis, and anything in between to help make our client's insurance experience as easy as possible!   Mary has worked in the insurance industry for 25+ years. She is married with 5 children and 14 grandchildren. Mary loves to attend her grandchildren's activities when she is not in the office. She also loves reading, crocheting, cooking and baking!
