Ben graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. After college, he worked in sports broadcasting before beginning his career in insurance. Ben started in a captive insurance agency and soon after became an agency owner. After fifteen successful years, Ben decided to shift to independent insurance and joined the team at Eagle Point Insurance. Kaitlyn Usterbowski

Kaitlyn graduated from the Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications. She has her license in Property and Casualty Insurance, and most recently worked as an Account Manager for a captive agency prior to relocating back home to the Twin Cities metro area. Her role in the agency is to assist the Account Managers with servicing client accounts, in addition to helping with daily operations. Being a part of an independent agency allows Kaitlyn to personally get to know her clients and find a company that suits that client's individual needs.
